At Nirmala food, we take pride in delivering pure and high-quality products. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.
To cancel, email us immediately at support@nirmalaghee.com with your order number.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our edible products, we do not offer refunds on opened or used items.
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
The product received is damaged or defective
The item delivered is incorrect or missing
To request a refund, you must:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Provide a photo of the product and packaging as proof.
Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Return Policy
We currently do not accept returns due to health and safety standards for food products. Please double-check your order before confirming payment.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
