1. What are your shipping timelines?
We usually ship within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
2. How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also track your order from the My Orders section on our website.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) (where available).
4. Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?
Yes, COD is available in selected serviceable areas. Additional charges may apply.
5. Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
If the order hasn’t shipped yet, you can email us within 2 hours of placing the order to request a change.
6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund.
7. Do you accept returns?
Due to food safety concerns, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
8. How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours if not yet shipped. Email us at support@nirmalaghee.com with your order number.
